I am an American artist / musician / engineer who has studied and worked in mixed and multi-media, with special emphasis on installation, sound, and performance. My work thus far can be characterized as minimal and experiential, with common contemplative themes of nature, architecture / structure, place, relationships, existent states, and time, especially ephemera. I am fascinated with the notion of ‘moment’, in various aspects, especially in the discovery or creation thereof, and the personal and individual meaning attached to each participant. I am also very interested in formal artistic and aesthetic attributes, and how they relate and contribute to such phenomena.
